Welcome to Ludo Bloom! By playing you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read them; they’re short.

1. Who can play

You must be 13 or older. You’re responsible for what happens on your account, so keep your phone and Google sign-in safe.

2. Play nicely

Don’t:

• insult, bully, threaten or harass other players, or use hateful or sexual language;
• use a rude name, “About me” or picture;
• share other people’s private information;
• cheat, use bots or scripts, exploit bugs, or try to break or overload the game;
• spam, advertise, or pretend to be someone else (including the Ludo Bloom team).

Rude words in chat are hidden automatically. You can block, mute and report anyone. We review reports and may remove messages, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

3. Coins and items

Coins are earned by playing and can only be used for cosmetic items in the shop (frames, dice, boards, tokens). Coins and items have no money value: they can’t be sold, traded, transferred or exchanged for money or prizes. Ludo Bloom is a game of fun, not gambling. If we ever sell coin packs, they will be sold through the Google Play or Apple App Store and their terms will also apply.

4. The game can change

We keep improving Ludo Bloom, so features, items and rules may change. We may reset or adjust coins, XP or items if they were gained through a bug or cheating.

5. No guarantees

The game is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of bugs. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses from using the game.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (Home → ✏️ Edit profile → Delete account). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
